“I cannot remember a similar event where so many of our important industry supporters gathered together in one place, to applaud and encourage excellence within our industry,” said Adrian Hawkins, Managing Director Welding World. “The products and processes that were nominated for this year’s awards are all extremely innovative and exhibit exceptional work, this made for a very tough selection process however we feel as though the final selections and award winners best exemplify innovation and have the ability to benefit/improve. Congratulations to this year’s award recipients.”

The aim of the Welding World Awards is to seek out examples of being the best at what all the businesses do.
Commenting on the award winners Adrian said: “We have witnessed many examples of best-practice, which have created strong businesses and which prove that intense competition isn't solely about low prices.
“We were reminded of the factors that transcend price: quality, service, knowledge and supply – four key aspects that remain relevant to our customers and are the deciding criteria in their choice to buy from us.“The evening saw us celebrate our ability to deliver these factors and it was the Welding Industry’s first opportunity to demonstrate our desire to overcome adversity, support our very important customers, encourage young people to work and enjoy a career in the Welding Industry.
